Steps to deal with HIV with Bye Bye HIV Innovation
1. For individuals who are at risk of infection

The test on people who are not infected with HIV will not detect HIV and HIV antibodies in their blood. CD4 500-1,400 Cells/cu.mm and %CD4 25-65%
1.1 Test for HIV antibodies. If negative, take 3 capsules half an hour before meals, totaling 9 capsules per day.
1.2 Test for HIV antibodies again after 1 month. If still negative, reduce the use of capsules to 2 capsules half an hour before meals, morning and evening, totaling 4 capsules per day, continuously for 2 months.
1.3 Test again for HIV antibodies. If it’s still negative, it means that the person is not HIV-infected.
1.4 If any of the HIV antibody tests (Items 1.1-1.3) shows a positive result, follow the instructions in Item 2.
While taking the capsules, exercise for at least 30 minutes daily, refrain from drinking alcohol, avoid/reduce sugary foods and sleep for 6-8 hours.
2. For newly infected individuals who have not yet taken antiretroviral drugs

2.1 Test for HIV load, CD4 and %CD4
2.2 Take 3-4 capsules (depending on the severity) half an hour before meals, totaling 9-12 capsules per day while testing for HIV load, CD4 and %CD4 every 1-2 months until no infection is detected.
Gradually reduce the number of capsules. In the first month, reduce to 2-3 capsules, half an hour before meals, totaling 6-9 capsules per day, and in the second month, 2 capsules half an hour before breakfast and dinner, totaling 4 capsules per day. Then in the following months, reduce to 1 capsule half an hour before breakfast and dinner, totaling 2 capsules per day to maintain sufficient immunity at all times and to remain continually in good health and strong.
While taking the capsules, exercise for at least 30 minutes daily, refrain from drinking alcohol, avoid/reduce sugary foods and sleep for 6-8 hours.
3. For infected individuals who have been taking antiretroviral drugs

3.1 Test for HIV load, CD4 and %CD4
3.2 Take 3-4 capsules half an hour before every meal, totaling 9-12 capsules per day for 6 months or until HIV is not detected, CD4 is over 600 cells/cu.mm, and %CD4 is over 30%.
3.3 While still taking the same number of immunotherapy capsules, start reducing the use of antiretroviral drugs.
A. Reduce antiretroviral drugs to ½ of the usual dosage for 2 months. Test for CD4, %CD4 and HIV count. If the results are better than those in Item 3.2, proceed to Item B.
C. Reduce antiretroviral drugs to 1/8 of the usual dosage
for 2 months. Test for CD4, %CD4 and HIV count. If the results are better than
those in Item B, proceed to Item D.
D. Stop taking antiretroviral drugs for 2 months and test for CD4, %CD4 and HIV count. If the results are still better than Item C, it shows that the individual has said Bye Bye HIV.
Then gradually reduce the number of capsules in the first month to 2-3 capsules half an hour before every meal, totaling 6-9 capsules per day.
And in the second month, reduce to 2 capsules half an hour before breakfast and dinner, totaling 4 capsules per day.
Then in the following months, reduce to 1 capsule half an hour before breakfast and dinner, totaling 2 capsules per day to build sufficient immunity at all times and help keep the individual continuously healthy.
While using the capsules, exercise for at least 30 minutes daily, refrain from drinking alcohol, avoid/reduce sugary foods and sleep 6-8 hours.
4. For individuals who just want to reduce the side effects of antiretroviral drugs

Take 4-6 capsules per day. Antiviral side effects will gradually decrease within 1-3 months. Continue to take the same amount of capsules until the side effects of antiretroviral drugs go away completely.
While using the capsules, exercise for at least 30 minutes daily, refrain from drinking alcohol, avoid/reduce sugary foods and sleep 6-8 hours.
The above steps to deal with HIV are based on experiences acquired from successful cases of caring for HIV-infected individuals.
Therefore, those who want to achieve similar results must strictly adhere to the recommended steps, otherwise, it may take longer to recover, or the HIV infection may return with higher viral load making it difficult to deal again with the HIV.
